* Digital & Manufacturing Excellence (DMEx) Workshop: Companies have an option to undergo a DMEx Workshop. This program is available
only ‘on-request’. Objective: To conduct diagnostic study using Frost & Sullivan’s Global Manufacturing Excellence Framework to identify Gaps
(opportunity for improvement) in As-Is manufacturing & supply chain processes and deploy improvement projects amongst team members using
a Growth Workshop.
