Sanjay Brahmawar is Global Head & Managing Partner Strategic Business Development for IBM’s Watson Internet of Things Business, responsible to build, lead and transform the Internet of Things Business for IBM around the world. In this high priority and key growth business Sanjay is driving business into a new era of cognitive, helping “clients unlock value in new insights” from the massive amount of data they generate each day. Prior to that Sanjay was General Manager & Managing Partner Europe Industrial Sector for IBM's Consulting Services. As a member of the European IBM Services Board, he built up Industry focus all over Europe and was P&L responsible for the portfolio of clients in the Petroleum, Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics and Manufacturing industries in Europe. Early in his career Sanjay was appointed General Manager of Fedex Supply Chain Services Belgium, leading services delivery across the country. As a Managing Consultant at PWC Netherlands, Sanjay lay the foundation of his now wide ranging expertise on IT led Transformation Management ranging across supply chain management, BPR, programme and project management and in the array of IT advisory, consulting and systems delivery work, including outsourcing. Sanjay Brahmawar holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Leeds (1997) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (1992).
